Exchanges
Our Team works hard to ensure you receive everything you ordered in perfect condition and that you are thrilled with your order. However, if your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging it arrived in, and send an email to info@coventrycorners.com.  Please be sure to include a picture of the damage package/item. Unless an order is received damaged, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. After we receive a returned package you will be issued a credit or an exchange as quickly as possible. Returns/Exchanges are to be made within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, all tags attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping
To return your product, you must include a copy of your receipt and mail your product to: Coventry Corners, 351 W Schuylkill Rd., Ste B8A, Pottstown, PA 19465.  You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. As always, tracking is always a good idea.

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash, are nonrefundable and never expire. Once gift card is confirmed delivered by USPS Coventry Corners is not responsible if it is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.  Gift cards are mailed using the USPS.
